These are brand new apartments fitted out to a high quality in the perfect location for both beach and town centre in Alvor.
The two ground floor apartments we have here are designed for summer living with very large terraces, equipped with quality outdoor table, chairs, sunbeds and barbecues.
The patio doors from both the bedroom and living area open out directly to the terrace. There is also a private terrace at the back of each apartments where there is space to dry washing etc.
The modern fitted kitchen has a washing machine, full cooker with oven and the usual appliances.
Alvor village centre is about a 15 minute stroll - less than 1 km from your apartment - for those who don't know the area you'll be amazed and delighted with the wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and cafés - a real blend of modern and traditional Algarve life.
Wander down the harbour and watch the fishermen bring in their catch daily.
The apartment is less than a 10 minute stroll to the amazing golden sandy beach ( beside the Delfim Hotel).
The small private modern complex has lovely landscaped gardens and a large private pool for the guests only.
Both the complex and the apartments have secure entry systems.
Sleeping arrangements:
We have two apartments at this location - both ground floor and directly next to each other.
One sleeps a couple and the other has a sofa bed in the larger bedroom with room for up to two small children ( max age 10).
The location of the two apartments, with their side by side aspect would make them ideal for couples or a family with teenage children travelling together.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Both apartments booked together can be let with a discount of 25 euros per apartment per week.
Deposit of up to 30 per cent on booking. Balance with 10 weeks of arrival.
Payment by bank transfer in sterling or euros - or cheque.
Payment by credit card or debit card possible through Paypal - incurs an extra 3.75 per cent charge.
