It has its own swimming pool and well maintained landscaped gardens.

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Vale da Telha in the picturesque Costa Vicentina Natural Park. This is an ideal area for walking, swimming, horse riding, cycling etc.... and of course surfing, body-boarding and sun-bathing on the wonderful beaches in this area.
There are two good supermarkets, several bars and restaurants in Vale da Telha. It's only a few minutes drive to some of the best quiet unspoilt sandy beaches of Western Portugal - Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, Bordeira and Carrapateira.
A 10 minutes to drive takes you to the small town of Aljezur, which has traditional restaurants, banks, cafes, post office internet cafe and a fabulous indoor market, selling all fresh local vegetables, fruit, fish, bread, cheese etc.
The large town of Lagos is a 20 minute drive away. A visit to the Monchique mountains is a must, but choose a fine sunny day.
VALE DA TELHA is 1.hr 20. mins from FARO airport along the A22 motorway.

- Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
- All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and chairs, one also has a radio/CD/alarm.
- Two bathrooms. One has a bath with shower & screen over, bidet, toilet,wash-hand basin & mirror, hair drier, razor socket. The second has a shower cubicle, toilet, wash-hand basin & mirror, razor socket.
- Large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. Lounge/dining room has 2 patio doors leading to gardens. Large screen satellite TV with surround sound. DVD player, 2 x 3 seater settees, coffee tables & table lamps. Open log burning fireplace.
Portable electric radiators in each room. Large dining table and 6 dining chairs.
- Kitchen is fully equiped with large fridge/freezer. washing machine. gas hob, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee perculator, sandwich grill. Iron / ironing board. crockery, glasses, cutlery. cooking utensils. Small table & two chairs.
All bed linen is provided plus towels for bathrooms and round pool (not for the beach).
Outside there's six garden sun loungers & table. Portuguese tiled table and two benches.
Of course, there's also a barbecue for those long warm summer evenings of al-fresco dining.
