Location: The apartment is situated just a 2 minute walk to the Worm’s Roundabout and main street of Albufeira; 5 minutes walk to The Strip and 15 minutes to the Old Town, so there are plenty of restaurants, shops, bars and internet café’s within easy reach. There is a taxi rank and public transport nearby and buses to theme parks and other tourist attractions pass by regularly. 30 minutes to Faro Airport.
Beach: There are several wonderful sandy beaches in the area; the nearest being Praia d'Oura (800m) and Sao João. Other local beaches include Santa Eulália and Fisherman’s Beach at the Old Town.
Golf: The apartments are ideally positioned for golfers. Balaia and Pine Cliffs golf courses are just 5 minutes away; Salgados golf course to the west of Albufeira and the six world class golf courses of Vilamoura to the east are all a 10 minute drive away. The Algarve is one of the premier golfing destinations in the world and has over 30 courses to choose from.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 4 people sharing.
Christmas/New Year bookings have 20% surcharge.
Deposit of up to 50 per cent on booking Balance 10 weeks before arrival.
We take security deposits of £150 - £250 for guests under the age of 25. £150 for 2 or 3; £200 for 4. Deposit is refunded within a week of guests vacating and must be paid in advance. We will take cash on arrival if outside of the UK to avoid bank charges.
Cots and high chairs available at additional cost, to be paid for on arrival.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover days flexible.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment.
