You will need a car but with just 5 minutes drive to the centre of the historic city of Lagos, Lagos Marina and Praia da Luz, - one of the many beautiful beach resorts along this part of the Western Algarve coastline - you can see that the villa is ideally located.

Situated between Lagos and Praia da Luz, and just five minutes drive from both, the property commands eye-catching views towards the Monchique Mountains and onto Boavista Golf Course.
It has a cozy lounge with fireplace and a large and functional fully fitted kitchen with all the conveniences you expect to find in a family home.
This house has the bedrooms on two floors: one double bedded room and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 twin bedded and one double bedded rooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom (twin bedded, upstairs) has an en-suite bathroom.
There is a sizeable swimming pool (10m x 4m) with shower and barbecue area. The pool can be heated, at extra cost, if required.
The property also has a guest room (twin bedded), with shower, completely independent from the house, than can be used at the extra cost of 220 euros a week (see Ref. 530).
This is a property that is ideal for a relaxing holiday with easy access to all amenities, including beaches, beach restaurants, Lagos Marina, shops and with the vibrant,historic town centre of Lagos just a short hop away.

Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
