This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor on entering the apartment block , but is first floor at the back of the property - with a balcony overlooking the pool area.
This apartment will suit a family of 2 adults and 2 children or a group of 4 people. Being located in Areias São João is close to all the facilities that Albufeira has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops etc. - but far enough away to guarantee a peaceful holiday when a bit of rest is required. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach.
The lounge has ample seating and TV, plus an area that doubles as a second bedoom to sleep 2 people. From the lounge, the balcony overlook the swimming pool and gardens. The apartments also have a seperate kitchen with a washing machine, and a full bathroom suite.
We also have another block of apartments within 100 metres for those wishing to travel with friends , but still have there own independance. For those who know Albufeira - this apartment is 100 metres from the 3 Palm Trees restaurant .

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
