This five bedroom villa has a wonderful location just minutes from the new Albufeira marina and its shops, bars, restaurants etc and also a ten minute walk from the beach and old town of Albufeira, this villa makes a perfect holiday base for friends and families alike.
This is a good sized villa, which has satellite TV and an air-conditioned lounge with a separate dining area.
There is one double bedroom and bathroom as well as the kitchen on the first level. The top floor has two further twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The basement houses a further two bedrooms that share a separate bathroom.
There is also a garage and car parking spaces under the villa.
The is a private pool in the garden area, surrounded by a terrace with sunloungers, and also a separate barbecue area with table and chairs.
This Villa is also fully heated and perfect for late holiday breaks.
There are bars, restaurants and a good size supermarket just 5 minutes from the property.

Up to two extra children can be accommodated for an additional 75 euros per week per person on folding beds.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
