This 3 bedroom apartment has one en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a further fully fitted bathroom situated in between the second and third bedrooms. All bedrooms are doubles.
The kitchen is fully fitted and the apartment also has a very large terrace with barbecue which overlooks the large gardens and pool area .
The kitchen also has a small table and chairs for quick snacks and a washing machine is provided.
The terrace is also equipped with large table and chairs and 4 sunloungers as well as large umberellas for when the Algarve sun gets too much....yes it can happen!
The apartments also have a lawned garden area surrounding a shared swimming pool.
The large property has a complete dining room table and chairs in the lounge area as well as a full three piece suite and cable TV with some English channels .
This property will sleep up to 6 adults and two children using the sofa - bed in the lounge area . Price is for up to 6 with a charge for additional guests.

Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 6 sharing.
Up to 2 young children can share the sofa bed at a charge of GBP 50/70 euros per week per child.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
A security deposit will be required on arrival of 80 euros per person which can be covered by a credit card. For single sex young groups/hen/stag parties a cash deposit of 100 euros or GBP is required on arrival.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or euros at displayed rates. cards incur a charge of 3.75pc 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle
