Three bedroom apartments, all with fabulous views over the new Albufeira marina. Each of the apartments are fully furnished to a high standard with fully fitted kitchens and with access to heated communal pool.
The quayside in front and below offers restaurants, bars and shops. The famous 'Old Town' quarter of Albufeira and the Fisherman's Beach is nearby.

Each of the apartments are fully furnished to a high standard with fully fitted kitchens. There is free underground parking. Lifts supplement the stairs to the upper floors. Front doors have security video access. Pool area has security gates.
Accommodation :
Bedrooms 1 and 2 with twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers in each bedroom.
Bathroom 1 with shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2 with shower bath, basin, bidet and WC.
Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, hob and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, sufficient crockery and utensils for people.
Large lounge/diner, with TV and DVD player, comfortable sofa and chairs, that folds down into beds.
Dining table and chairs, coffee table and sideboard.
Central heating for those cooler winter evenings. Iron and ironing board, Guest safe. Safe and secure with external security into each block and video access security to each apartment. Security company on 1st floor 24 hours, 7 days per week. Suitable for children and adults of all ages.
A cot for the little ones is available on request. Maid service twice a week. Bed linen changed once a week. Bathroom towels changed twice a week.
Outside:
Large heated swimming pool, sharing with other guests in each block.
Each apartment is supplied with outdoor table and 4 chairs. Sun loungers are available for all guests within each block.
Around and About :
The quayside in front and below offers restaurants, bars and shops. The famous 'Old Town' quarter of Albufeira is nearby. It boasts a bustling main square ringed by outdoor cafes with narrow cobbled lanes leading off to a wealth of shopping, entertainment and dining opportunities.
One such lane leads to the famous Fisherman’s beach' from where traditional boats still set forth with men prepared for a night on the sea alone with their nets and who return in the morning with a fresh catch for the local restaurants. When the sun goes down the nightlife of this most famous Algarvean tourist destination begins in earnest.
A road train runs round the whole of Albufeira, stopping off at many places of interest, including ‘The Strip' or 'New Town' area with its many nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
Coast/Beach :
A 20 minute stroll to the 'Old Town' quarter of Albufeira, and its famous Fisherman’s beach from where traditional boats still set forth with men prepared for a night on the sea alone with their nets and who return in the morning with a fresh catch for the local restaurants.
There are lots of water sports and boat trips, including boat hire, from the marina (concerts are regularly held at the marina all year round).
Golf :
Just a 5-10 minute drive to Salgados 18 hole, par 72 course. At Vale de Parra, on the coast between Albufeira and Amacao de Pera. Just one of the 20 plus golf courses within a 30 minute drive .
