This spacious three bedroom apartment is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the vibrant Marina and a stone's throw from the beach.

The apartment has been comfortably and stylishly furnished.
It comprises a large kitchen with a built-in BBQ and a view to the sea; a large lounge equipped with a colour TV and DVD with access to the pool through large patio doors.
There is a double bedroom with twin beds pushed togther, also with direct access to the pool, one twin room with access to the pool and a master bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a shower room.
There is a large table and plenty of chairs out on the terrace so dining outside is a must, especially as it looks onto the pool and childrens play area.
Palmares Golf course is just a few minutes drive away and as the apartment is fitted with cold and hot Air conditioning throughout, it will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
This apartment really is a must for families or couples who like to be within walking distance of the hub of Lagos with it's numerous restaurants and bars and street entertainment int he summer months, and a short walk over the dunes to the wonderful sandy beach of Meia Praia.
