The entrance to the building has wheelchair access, an interior tropical garden and 2 sets of elevators taking you to the 5th floor where the apartment is located.
The apartment itself has a small entrance hallway which leads onto the fully fitted kitchen, equipped with a good size table for those all-important breakfasts.
There is access from the kitchen onto the large terrace which boasts a built in BBQ. From the entrance hall you also have access to a large living/dining room. There is a wonderful cream leather corner sofa which will easily accommodate 6 or more people. The dining room table with its high-backed turquoise chairs has a backdrop of a feature brick wall, adding a bit of texture to the area.
Off the living room there is the first bedroom, which has twin beds. The 2nd bedroom also has twin beds but are close together so can be used as a double. Both bedrooms share a complete bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom is large and airy and has a superking size luxury bed, an ensuite shower room with a jacuzzi shower and a private balcony.
There is air conditioning throughout and central heating for those cooler evenings.
The "pièce de résistance" is the indoor heated pool on the 3rd floor. Here you can relax by the pool on the provided sun beds after a day on the beach or golf course or alternatively enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish baths, which are all on hand here. There is also a small but well equipped gym for those keen and health conscious as well as changing rooms.
This modern and comfortable apartment is ideal for those who enjoy the good things in life. With it being within easy walking distance to shops and the town centre a car is not a necessity once you have arrived and a private parking space in the closed garage means your car will be safe. It is also very close to the local Golf courses, Boavista and Palmares and only a short drive from the Penina Championship course making this an ideal property for those who also enjoy the winter breaks as well as the summer breaks.
