These apartments have only been built a few months and are in a perfect location for all Albufeira has to offer. They are situated in a quiet street - just 100 metres from the famous 'Strip', with its many restaurants, shops and bars, and 750 metres (about a 10 min walk) from the beach.
The apartments all have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned (bedrooms and lounge).
The are both fitted with twin single beds with one bedroom having en-suite shower facilities.
The good sized kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine as well as the usual items such as a large fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle and modern fitted units.
The air-conditioned lounge has an L-shaped sofa suitable for sleeping up to two additional children (supplement applies) and a large dining room table and chairs as well as a TV unit with LCD TV and DVD player .
There is also a large balcony off the lounge with table and chairs and a full second bathroom off the hall area .
The entrance to the apartments is accessed by electric gates with remote control and the apartment is also full alarmed and as a safe fitted for extra security .

One twin en-suite bedroom and a further twin bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge sleeps a further two children (supplement applies - see letting notes)
