This is a new 4 bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of the 'Green Hills' resort, which is about a 12 minute drive from the centre of Lagos.
It is set in large, wonderfully landscaped gardens, with a large heatable pool and boasts a large covered barbecue area house complete with fireplace and plenty of seating.
Furnished and equipped to a high standard, including air conditioning and four en-suite bedrooms, this is a home-from-home in the western Algarve.

The kitchen is big and modern and is equipped with all the usual mod cons including a separate laundry room with a large american-style fridge/freezer.
The living room comes fitted with a large plasma TV screen and DVD with SKY television and a wonderful closed fireplace. The living room is open plan to the dining room, which has a large dining room table seating 10 people.
The master bedroom is accessed just off the dining room area through it's own office area and boasts it's own snug or den, with a sofa and another large plasma TV. The bathroom is ensuite.
The other 3 bedrooms are just off the entrance hall and are all fitted with twin single beds and all have bathrooms en-suite and fitted wardrobes.
The lounge/dining room, and all of the bedrooms, have access to the outside terraces, the swimming pool and gardens. The terrace comes with plenty of sunbeds and table and chairs, and the swimming pool can be heated for an extra 200 euros a week.
The owners are very proud of their home and have furnished it to a very high standard and have thought of everything when it comes to entertaining the little ones (and not so little ones!) by providing a tennis table and table football.
This villa offers you the ideal family getaway in luxury, peacful surroundings while only being 12 minutes away from the hub of cosmopolitan Lagos and only 7 minutes from the motorway exit.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 8 sharing Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Extra beds for children are available for 18 euros / 15 GBP per day.
Changeover days - Saturday.
If pool heating is required, there is a surcharge of 200 euros / 170 GBP per week.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle
