This one-storey immaculately presented property comprises of a reception hall with cloakroom, airy living room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry and utility room.
There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom plus a spacious master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. All the rooms have large patio doors that lead onto either the pool area or covered garden terraces. There is a sizeable heated swimming pool with shower and BBQ area. The villa has a separate Garage.
The accommodation is ideal for 6 but would sleep 8, if required as there is a sofa bed in the lounge that can take up to two additional children.
The villa enjoys excellent access to the motorway link from Faro Airport (journey of approximately 40minutes).
