Quinta Pedra dos Bicos has become 'the' place to rent a holiday property in Albufeira. Right beside the famous Club Praia da Oura, the complex comprises high quality, low rise apartments and a small number of these sought after townhouses, just a 2 minute walk from Oura Beach.
It is also just yards from everything Albufeira has to offer the holidymaker - but you'd never believe it when you are in the complex...you'd think you were miles from the buzz of Albufeira, not just minutes from great restaurants, bars, shops etc.
Guests who have 'found' this complex have been booking to come back year after year and so the summer weeks do book up quickly - don't delay. Like all other holiday rental apartments on Quinta Pedra this is privately owned and furnishing and fittings are to the taste of the owner - almost all of these properties are also used by owners as their own holiday homes.
The 2 storey villa - similar to the apartments we have at Quinta Pedra - has a fully fitted kitchen with usual modern appliances. There are 2 large bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area with patio doors out to the ground floor terrace and grassed area. As this is a villa style property and not an apartment you have your own back and front door with access direct from the patio doors at the rear to your own private terrace. The bedrooms are on the upper floor with sea views.
The pool is close by, as are the steps down to Oura Beach.
As there are double beds and a single sofa chair in each bedroom this is the ideal property for two couples each with one young child who want to travel together and split the budget. ( Prices shown for up to 4)
*This is a duplex attached townhouse in a terrace with grassy area behind, overloooking one of the complex's pools. There is no other property above or below. The holiday villa has its own front and back door - the rear leads out to townhouse's own patio, leading onto a grassy communal area and overlooking the pool (separated by a hedge for privacy).

Tariff per week for up to 5 people sharing (max. 4 adults).
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Currency conversions are calculated on the day of paying the deposit / balance based on the XE.com rate.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
