This Praia da Oura 3 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor with use of a lift.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, 2 bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed, T.V and stereo.
The apartment has a large long balcony with built in barbecue, ideal for eating 'al fresco' and enjoying great views.
Fitted older style kitchen with breakfast bar.
There is a large communal pool for the guests. The apartment can sleep up to 8 and is an ideal location for those who want to be right beside the nightlife that Albufeira has to offer. We don´t recommend this apartment for those looking for a quiet, get-away-from-it-all holiday!

The area of São João/Praia da Oura in Albufeira is ideal for young people and families looking for lazy days by the sea and a buzzing nightlife.
Situated about 40km west of Faro, Albufeira is one of Portugal's most popular resorts, boasting 7 beautiful beaches.
The old town still has a very traditional feel with narrow streets and white washed houses, whilst the eastern side of the town is bustling with new hotels, shops, and plenty of restaurants serving local and international cuisine.
Albufeira has slowly developed into a superbly-facilitated tourist resort without losing its traditional, Portuguese charm.
In addition to the town's own large golden beaches, there are more intimate beaches close by, such as those at Sao Rafael and Castelo. And after a day in the sun, the nightlife is fantastic with lots of lively bars and discos.
Ramble through cobbled streets and rows of white-washed houses towards the attractive main square. There are several cafés and restaurants here with outdoor seating available for a spot of al fresco dining - nothing is more relaxing than supping on a glass of cold, Portuguese wine while watching the world wander by.
You'll spot plenty of commercial fishermen returning home after a hard day at sea in their brightly painted boats. Though the charm of Albufeira is obvious, it also has plenty of modern conveniences. Shopping, entertainment and eating out are all available in high quantity and quality.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Prices are per week for up to 8 people sharing.
An additional 2 young children or babies can be accommodated at an extra charge. 84 euros for child folding bed or 35 euros for a cot.
Normal letting period 7 nights or more but other periods can be considered - please enquire. 7 night charge in July and August.
Security deposit of 100 euros per person required on arrival in cash in euros or credit card imprint.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Credit/debit card payments can be made via PAYPAL. There is an administatrion fee of 3.75% for this facility.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
