This fabulous brand new luxury villa is ideally located in Meia Praia, Lagos. It is a very short walk to the beach which can be seen from the property and only a 5 minute walk to the vibrant and cosmopolitan marina and a short drive to the nearest golf course, Palmares.
There is also a local restaurant and gym with an indoor pool almost on the doorstep, so once you are here a car is not a necessity and you can just relax and enjoy your surroundings.
The villa is on three levels with stairs and an elevator to each floor and also boasts uninterrupted seaviews on every level. On the ground floor there are two good size bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds in each as well as modern bathroom en suite.
Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool. There is also a seperate bathroom/cloakroom on this floor.
On the first floor you have an open plan dining and living room with a feature fireplace, and a fully equipped and modern kitchen.
There is also a large terrace off this floor with sunbeds and a large dining room table and chairs, ideal for eating al fresco while enjoying the magnificent view of Meia Praia and the bay of Lagos.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a large dressing room area and a big bathroom ensuite with a walk in shower and a beautiful corner jacuzzi bath.
There is also another large terrace off the master bedroom. The fourth bedroom also has a double bed and has use of another bathroom equipped with a small sauna. The property is also equipped with phillips sound throughout and there is a TV in the living room and master bedroom.
Last but not least, there is a roof terrace with a spa/jacuuzi bath which seats 6 people and even has it own sound and light system, ideal for winding down after a day on the beach or golf course.
This villa offers the chance of a relaxing holiday in luxurious surroundings whether it be by the swimming pool, on the beach or on the golf course.

Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
The price is for a maximum of 8 adults. Up to 2 additional children can be accommodated in folding beds at 18 euros per day per child.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover days - generally Saturday in peak season but can occasionally be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
