This 3 bedroom detached Carvoeiro villa is a real family home-from-home and will be sure to tick all of your Algarve holiday requirement boxes.
With a master double-bedded suite and two spacious twin bedded rooms this will suit a family or couples travelling together.
The entrance to the villa is gated and has own private driveway
Air conditioned throughout (optional / extra charge) it offers the ultimate comfort for warm Algarve summers.
The nicely furnished lounge has air conditioning, free-to-view satellite TV and a music system. Patio doors lead to the large pool.
The fully fitted kitchen has a centre island workstation with hob and oven. There is a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Patio doors then lead to the built in barbecue area and pool terraces
Two air conditioned twin bedrooms, one en-suite and one with separate bathroom are also on the ground floor.
A granite stairway leads to the air conditioned master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors lead to the private breakfast terrace with views to Monchique mountains.
The pool is 10 metres with shower, lawns are on both sides of the villa.
There is also a French boules rink on one side of the villa.
The house has air conditioning, which also provides winter heating (supplement applies - see letting notes).

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 6 people sharing. An additional child can be accommodated for an extra charge of 84euros / 75 GBP per week.
Air conditioning is not included in the price and is an optional extra charged at 100 GBP / 120 euros per week.
A returnable breakages deposit of 300 GBP / euros is payable for this villa.
Weddings/parties etc - there is a GBP 10 per person charge for using the venue for large celebration parties/weddings up to a maximum of approx 75 people. Details on request.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
A rental car is recommended for this property. Please refer to our web site prices if car rental is required. We offer some of the most competitive rates available in the Algarve.
We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
