All 4 bedrooms are en-suite so as well as suiting a family this villa will also be ideal for couples who want to holiday together but retain their privacy.
The entrance hall leads to very modern kitchen, separate laundry room and separate dining area for 8 people.
The very large living room will again make this an ideal villa for a family or for up to eight adults - there's no compromise on space.
The living and dining rooms both lead directly to the terrace and outdoor living area where there is plenty of garden furniture to make al fresco living at this villa every bit as comfortable as indoors.
Heated pool (supplement payable). Very large garden and stunning views to the sea.
The beach at Dunas Douradas beach is just a 5 minute walk and also walkable to the praça and Vale do Lobo area.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Prices are per week for a maximum of 10 adults. (We are sorry but in peak season we cannot accept bookings at this villa from groups of young singles or all adult groups under the age of 28).
A refundable security deposit of 600 euros will be required in advance or on arrival.
Pool heating available at 150 euros/GBP per week.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
