This 3 bedroom Albufeira apartment has a large entrance hall, three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room.
Two bedrooms have double beds and private balconies and the other bedroom has single beds and a private balcony.
The lounge is a good size and leads out to a 75 sq m roof terrace supplied with barbecue, table, chairs and sunloungers.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a great holiday, including washing machine and dishwasher.
The large pool area is enclosed and only entered by a private gate (keys supplied). There is also plenty of space to park a car, though one is not essential as all the amenities of Albufeira are within a few minutes walk.
Sleeping arrangements:
2 double bedrooms 1 twin room An additional 2 small children can be accommodated at an extra charge of 12 euros per person per night.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.

An additional 2 young children or babies can be accommodated at an extra charge per week of 84euros for child folding bed or 35 euros for a cot.
Normal letting period 7 nights or more but other periods can be considered - please enquire. 7 night charge in July and August.
Security deposit of 80 euros per person required on arrival in cash in euros or credit card imprint. For young or all singles groups the security deposit is double. A credit card authorisation can be used rather than a cash deposit if preferred.
