Entrance hall leads to a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room, also serving as a guest cloakroom.
A few steps lead down to living room, which has been furnished to the highest standard and has a separate dining area. This in turn leads to the attractive pool and garden area. The garden has been extended to the edge of the golf course allowing a feeling of space and tranquility.
To the right of the living area is the state of the art kitchen with all 'mod cons'. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with large en-suite shower rooms. These bedrooms share an attractive terrace that also overlooks the golf course.
Another few steps lead up to the top terrace which is ideal for some peace and quite or private sunbathing. There's plenty of garden furniture, a gas barbecue and outdoor eating facilities.
The pool can be heated, if required (additional charge applies). The house also has broadband access.
