This is a fantastic villa and will be one of our most popular villas for 2008, early booking is recommended.
The villa is only 200 metres from the lovely beach of Praia do Castelo .... but with its lovely gardens and swimming pool complete with outside barbeque, table and chairs, you will probably not want to leave your holiday home!
The villa is decorated to an excellent standard.
The large lounge/dining room opens directly out onto the swimming pool and garden area. It is well decorated and includes a three peice suite, wall units, dining room table and chairs, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, and UK free satellite channels.
The bedrooms are each fitted with two single beds, except the master bedroom which has a double bed and opens out onto a terrace area with great sea views.
Most of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Three of the bathrooms have full bath / shower and the ground floor bathroom has a shower only.
The superb, new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday including dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa also has a great roof terrace with lovely veiws over Galé and Armaçao da Pera beaches, great for sunbathing or evening drinks and watching the red sunset disappear over the Atlantic ocean.
There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk of the property.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing.
A further 2 children can be accommodated for an additional 75 euros / 50 GBP per person per week Minimum 7 days rental.

Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Paypal cc payment can be made for deposits and late bookings in sterling with 4 per cent cover charge. CC in euros also available for deposit.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
Security / damages deposit of 80 euros is payable on arrival for this property - credit card imprint or cash.
Cots and high-chairs are available.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
