A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk.

From the entrance hall there is a large open planned lounge/dining room with sliding patio doors which open onto the south facing terrace (27 Sq.m) with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers overlooking the gardens.
The apartment offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
There are 2 bedrooms one being ensuite with double bed and a second twin-bedded bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom with shower.
The apartment itself is comfortably furnished throughout in a modern style, with air conditioning in the living room for warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
The Marina club offers a pool area with ample sunbathing terraces, a bar and restaurant and the apartment also offers a secure parking place.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 5 sharing (max 4 adults).
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover days - generally Saturday in peak season but can occasionally be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Please note that for this property a 150,00 Euro deposit will be asked for at check in for pool passes. This can be paid by cheque or in cash and will be returned in full at the end of the rental period assuming all pool passes are handed in.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
