There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk of this self catering Albufeira apartment.
With a private barbecue, two swimming pools and a children´s play area as well a tennis court this is a great apartment to keep families and couples alike occupied throughout their holiday.

This lovely two bedroom apartment has a terrace which leading from the lounge area on to the large pool and gardens at the back of the property .
There are two bedrooms, one having a double bed and the secound bedroom having two single beds. There is also also a double sofa - bed in the lounge making the property suitable for up to 6 people (charge applies for two additional persons).
The apartment has two bathrooms, one having a built in shower and the other a full bath and shower. There is also a great kitchen area with all mod-cons including a washing machine. The lounge has a satellite TV system.
With the old town and the famous 'Strip' being around a ten minute walk from the property, you are in the middle of the two and this affords many options on where you might spend the days and evenings.
With a great sized pool, lovely terrace and the tennis courts though, you probably won't want to stray too far!
Sleeping arrangements:
One double and one twin bedroom.
Up to two extra children can be accommodated on the double sofa bed for an additional 75 euros / 50 GBP per week each. Folding beds can also be provided.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 4 people sharing.
Up to two extra children can be accommodated for an additional 84 euros per week per person.
A security deposit of 80 euros per person will be required (cash or credit card imprint) on arrival. This will be refunded prior to departure as appropriate.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
