The apartment is situated just seconds away from all the bars, restaurants & coffee shops and only a few minutes walk down to the Spectacular Olhos de Įgua beaches.

Olhos de Įgua (Eyes of the Water) is a small fishing village that derives its name from the many fresh water springs that can be seen in and amongst the rocks on the beach at low tide. It is also just a few minutes away from Albufeira's shopping, entertainment and more lovely beaches.
The property is divided into two floors with the good sized lounge and dining area, kitchen and a twin bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped and incorporates a washing machine & a dishwasher.
Upstairs there is master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large patio doors leading out to the very large private terrace which has its own brick built barbecue.
The apartment is also fully air-conditioned (no additional charge). The house is very secure with two entrance doors and the property also has a safe.
With a good sized pool (with separate childrens' area), gardens and also a large private roof terrace, this is a perfect holiday base.
