This villa is only 100 metres from the lovely beach and popular shopping/restaurant area in Vale do Lobo. However, it enjoys a tranquil location away from noise of Praça area.
Entrance through gate leads through a small private garden complete with sunloungers, garden furniture and a barbecue.
The villa is laid out on three levels. The entrance hall leads to two twin bedrooms that share an adjacent full bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom.
The lower level comprises a bright open plan living/dining area equipped for six people and a small but well equipped kitchen with all 'mod cons'. From here you can exit to the attractive garden area.
Upstairs on the upper level is a sun terrace ideal for sunbathing and with stunning views of the ocean beyond. There is outdoor dining furniture and more sunloungers at this level.
There is also a sleeping alcove upstairs that can provide for an additional person. *Please note - there is no pool - the beach is 100 yards away.
