The apartment, owned by a UK family as their own holiday home, is on the first floor of a low rise group of apartments, offering maximum privacy and peace in a resort situation.
It has two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, one being en-suite.
The spacious lounge/dining area with satellite television leads out onto a balcony that overlooks the beautifully landscaped gardens. The apartment is located near the 13th tee of the golf course.
There is a weekly maid service and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all labour saving devices, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.
The apartment is situated close to the town of Portimão and overlooking the fishing village of Alvor which has lovely winding streets with lots of restaurants, not to mention the lovely extensive beach.
