Beautiful semi-detached 3 bedroomed villa in the ever popular Lakeside Village, within Quinta do Lago.
Very well furnished and equipped and with plenty of furniture for outdoor living including table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a large rectangular pool (8 metres x 4 metres), which can be heated (supplement applies for pool heating, if required). There is also a built in barbecue on the terrace.
Layout :
Entrance leads to small hallway and kitchen to the left, which has a washing machine and dishwasher. From here there is a spacious living room and separate dining area and these rooms lead to the attractive pool and terrace area. The living room has cable TV video and music system and a telephone/fax machine. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room/guest cloakroom.
On the upper level there is a large master bedroom which opens onto a terrace shared by the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has queen size bed and a television. En-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and a full en-suite bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.
At the top level is a roof terrace which enjoys stunning views across the gardens and to the lake and sea beyond. Ideal for private sun bathing as not overlooked.
