This luxury modern two-bedroom apartment is in a quiet residential area overlooking the lovely Praia da Oura beach (100m).
It is situated on the second floor and has wonderful, panoramic sea views.
The property has access to a large communal pool with a separate children's section just a few paces from the apartment block. From the pool area you have steps directly to the golden sands of Praia da Oura.
Praia da Oura is famous for the 'strip', one long street with a wide selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. This makes Praia da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs until dawn.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. The above rates are per week for up to 4 sharing the property.
Extra cot or folding bed for child up to the age of 10 can be supplied at GBP 50 /75 Euros per week.
A security/damages deposit of 200 Euros is required at this property on arrival.
Payments in euros by bank transfer. Payments in sterling by cheque or transfer
Please note that we do not generally accept groups of young singles parties at this apartment but if we do a double security deposit is required - ie 100 euros per person.
Change over day is Saturday.
Air conditioning if required and available is charged at 60 Euros per week.
Heating in winter is charged locally at 14 centimos per unit.
We have a number of properties at this location. All are privately owned and, while they are generally the same in layout, vary in content and style. EG: Some have air con and some do not. Please let us know your full requirements before booking.
2 bedroom apartments are on either the 1st or 2nd floors.
The 3 bedroom apartment is on the second floor with fantastic views.
1 bedroom apartments are in an elevated ground floor position and do not have external balconies.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment, with car hire delivered to your holiday home, and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses etc.
