It is just a 10 to 15 walk to the golden sandy beach of Meia Praia where there are a variety of water sport activities available as well as some lovely beach bars/restaurants.
Palmares, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are from a 5 to 20 minute drive away.

This bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the picturesque and modern Lagos Marina.
A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets.
Perfectly located, it is just a 10 to 15 walk to the golden sandy beach of Meia Praia where there are a variety of water sport activities available as well as some lovely beach bars/restaurants. Palmares, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are from a 5 to 20 minute drive away.
The apartment is air conditioned for coolness in the summer, and allowing heating in the winter months.
Layout :
From the entrance hall there is a large open plan lounge/dining room. Sliding patio doors open onto the ample south facing terrace, which overlooks the artificial lake, a perfect place to enjoy the summer evenings.
The apartment offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
There are two bedrooms - the master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The apartment itself is comfortably furnished throughout in a modern style which compliments its surroundings. It is very central and once here a car would not be necessary as most things are within walking distance, although a car is recommended to fully explore the many delights of the local area. The apartment has asecure parking place.
Although there is no communal pool, the nearby Marina Club offers a pool area with ample sunbathing terraces and a separate children's pool, a gym, a bar and restaurant. a separate daily charge applies to the use of the Marina Club facilities.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
