This apartment is situated in Lagos Marina, which offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk over the footbridge takes you into the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk away, with a variety of water sport activities available.
Palmares Golf course, Boavista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 20 minute drive away.
Layout :
From the entrance hall there is a large open plan lounge/dining with satellite TV. Sliding doors open onto the large balcony overlooking the gardens and artificial lake. The bacony has outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers.
The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
There are 2 twin bedrooms (one en-suite) both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate bathroom with shower.
The apartment itself is comfortably furnished throughout, with air conditioning for warmth in winter and coolness in summer. It is very central and once here a car would not be necessary as most things are within walking distance - although to get around the area and fully enjoy the Algarve a car would be advised.
The Marina club offers a pool area with ample sunbathing terraces and a separate children's pool, a gym, a bar and restautrant and the apartment also offers a secure parking place.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
