Set in its own mature grounds, this is a lovely house. An entrance hall leads to large living/dining area (separate dining) which in turn leads to very big outdoor dining terrace around the very large rectangular pool. There are plenty of dining facilities and chairs, tables etc. for about 16 people outside. The lounge and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
From living area a few steps lead to two twin bedrooms each with full en-suite bathrooms. A few steps more lead to the access to the house's own private tennis court .
On the upper level is one further twin bedroom and the master double bedroom. Both have full en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large private sun terrace which has views across lake at Quinta do Lago.
This beautiful house is superbly equipped and the new state of the art kitchen has all modern conveniences as the owner lives in Portugal for much of the year and does a lot of entertaining.
Adjacent in a small cottage there is a full time live-in house keeper who speaks good English and who will also help with barbeques, babysitting and shopping (against payment of a further agreed amount if extra services required).

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing.
A breakage deposit of 500 GBP is required to be paid on arrival for this villa. This will be reimbursed, as appropriate, prior to departure.
Please note that the maid's duties include all the normal activities associated with keeping and cleaning the house. The maid will also undertake additional duties for the client (which may include personal washing, ironing, baby sitting and helping with barbeques) for which she will charge extra.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
