This wonderful air-conditioned apartment, which has been expensively decorated and furnished, is newly available for summer 2007.
The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds and a full size bathroom and also a second bedroom with a king size bed, TV with DVD and a very large en-suite bathroom .
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc .
The good size lounge has a full leather suite as well as a corner area with more seating and where the TV and DVD are located. There is also a dining room table and chairs for 6 .
From the lounge area you enter the fabulous 30 metre balcony which has lovely views over the golf training greens and the resort .
The varanda is equipped with a barbeque, table and chairs, sun-beds and a hydro-massage pool suitable for 6 people .
The Balaia resort also has the use of 6 swimming pools including one indoors in the health centre, tennis courts, golf club, reception, restaurant etc .

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 4 people sharing. up to two extra children can be accommodated for an additional 75 euros / 50 GBP per week per person.
A security deposit of 500 euros will be required (cash or credit card imprint) on arrival. This will be refunded prior to departure as appropriate.

Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
