The apartment consist of a good sized lounge area with a TV and DVD as well as sofas, chairs and wall units. The lounge area also has a dining room table and chairs. There is also air conditioning in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you would expect from a brand new design, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The two bedrooms have two single beds in each room and there is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge area suitable for up to two children
The apartment also has 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower) and also an en-Suite Bathroom in the Master bedroom .
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small garden with garden furniture, which can be entered from the lounge or bedrooms.
The complex has a large terrace and garden area that surrounds the main pool and the separate children's pool. For the more energetic there are also tennis courts. With bars, restaurants and, of course, the lovely beach close by this is a perfect location for families, couples and singles alike!

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 4 people sharing.
Up to two extra children can be accommodated on the sofa bed for an additional charge of 75 euros / 50 GBP per week each.
A security deposit of 80 euros per person will be required (cash or credit card imprint) on arrival. This will be refunded prior to departure as appropriate.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
