This delightful 2 bedroomed villa is located on the edge of a quiet residential area surrounded by a National Park.
From the front of the villa there are extensive views to the ocean and the beach of Monte Clerigo. Two further sandy beaches are a short drive away.

This delightful 2 bedroomed villa is located on the edge of a quiet residential area surrounded by a National Park.
From the front of the villa there are extensive views to the ocean and the beach of Monte Clerigo. Two further sandy beaches are a short drive away.
The front door to the villa opens into a fully furnished living / dining room with colour TV and music centre. Off the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. From the living room are the two bedrooms with bathroom between.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and built in wardrobe, a French door leads to the rear terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and built in wardrobe with view down the valley from its window.
The rear terrace is equipped with a barbeque and steps lead from the terrace to a salt water swimming pool (8 metres x 4 metres).
