This three bedroom Algarve holiday villa is perfectly located for those who want to be close to all the night life and beaches Albufeira has to offer but with the added exclusivity that a private condominium has to offer.
This makes a perfect family holiday home as all the amenities Albufeira has to offer are within a few minutes walk.
The self catering accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer plus washing machine & dishwasher.
There is a spacious lounge/dining area with sliding patio doors opening out on to the terrace with BBQ area overlooking the gardens.
There are three good-sized twin bedrooms (one en-suite) and a further double bed settee in the lounge that can sleep up to two extra children ( charge for more than six sharing). There are also two further bathrooms.
The large pool, which is shared with the rest of the villas, is surrounded by gardens and also has a children's section. The resort also has its own tennis court for those who need a little exercise to accompany the sun bathing!
In addition to the TV and CD system provided in the lounge, guests can hire video and DVD units for home entertainment. Air conditioning units are also available to hire.
This is a lovely location and very much in demand so book early.
Albufeira :
Albufeira is located in the centre of the Algarve in Portugal’s southernmost region. The cliff-lined coast is punctuated with many golden sandy beaches.
The Algarve has a Mediterranean type climate. The summers are hot and the winters are mild. There is limited rainfall, mainly between the months of October through March, giving an average yearly temperature of 17.5ºC. Albufeira is acknowledged as one of the main tourist resorts of the country.
To end a wonderful day at the beach or sightseeing, there is nothing more pleasant than ordering your favourite drink while sitting at one of the many outdoor cafés which are scattered around Albufeira, and watching the world go by.
To ensure a relaxed and fun evening there are also numerous bars, restaurants, clubs and discotheques....definitely a location with something for all ages and tastes.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.

Tariff is per week for up to 6 people sharing.
A further 2 children can be accommodated on the double bed settee for an additional 75 euros per person per week .

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
