The main building comprises large living room with a separate dinning area and kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is also a TV room, which converts into a third bedroom with two folding beds suitable for children
Outside, the house has large covered and open terraces ideal for al fresco dining. There is a lovely large swimming pool - 11m x 6m.
There is a separate guesthouse located opposite the pool and this has 2 beds and a bathroom.
There is maid service every day during the week (i.e. not Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) by Fátima, who has been looking after the villa and its guests since it was build 30 years ago, making sure that all the guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Thisis a lovely friendly and homely Portuguese-style villa. Great for family holidays.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing (maximum 6 adults).
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover days- Saturday in peak season- can sometimes be flexible at other times - please ask.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy and there is full maid service during weekdays.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses etc.
