Spacious new holiday home, situated on the outskirts of the village of Manta Rota, within 800 m of the beach.
The house is comfortably equipped and with walled south-west facing terraces all around it is a real sun-trap.
The villa does not have a pool and so is ideal for families travelling with very young children who prefer not to have the worry of water right on the doorstep. But with outside terraces, barbecue, outside shower and lots of garden furniture you won't be missing any of the features that make the perfect holiday.
Inside, the house is well equipped with Satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and heating.
Sleeping arrangements:
There are two bedrooms with double beds and 1 with twin beds. The living area also has sofa beds and can accommodate up to two additional children.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing (maximum 6 adults).
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover days- Saturday in peak season- can sometimes be flexible at other times - please ask.
A deposit of 50 per cent is required at this property with the balance 10 weeks before arrival. A damages/security deposit of 200 euros is required on arrival.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment and trips to Lisbon, Seville, golf courses etc.
