This is a simply furnished, bright and airy, comfortable 4 bedroom western Algarve house that will sleep large groups of friends or family. Set right in the heart of Burgau the property will sleep up to 8 adults plus young children.
The lounge with its feature fireplace, drinks fridge and satellite T.V. opens up onto a very large sun terrace with superb views of the beach and Burgau village. A second terrace looks straight out to sea. There are also stairs leading up to the very top terrace where you will feel as if you are on top of the world with amazing sea and village views.
The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bar includes a fridge, washing machine, cooker, microwave and modern appliances. Apart from the separate dining room, breakfast or barbecues can be enjoyed in the large enclosed courtyard.
The lovely blue flag Burgau beach with its famous beach bar is only a 4 minute stroll away. And less than 1 minute away is the Navigador Restaurant, which serves wonderful food in the evening but also has the added advantage of serving snacks during the day beside the enclosed swimming pool, so guests who don’t want to use the beach can use the pool and buy drinks and snacks during the day.
All care has been taken to make sure that all guests will be happy and relaxed. A clean linen service is provided by a local maid service. *Please note that the house does not have a pool.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Credit card payment can be accepted for deposits subject to an admin charge of 4 per cent.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit may be payable on arrival for some properties.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
