It is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. The main bedroom and open plan living room, with a well equipped kitchenette, both have French doors leading out to a south facing balcony, complete with outdoor table and chairs.

The pretty gardens are landscaped around the 3 swimming pools and borders are filled with tropical plants and shrubs. There is also a woodland area with barbecues and picnic benches, offering a peaceful and tranquil area for al fresco dining.
It has excellent security with access control at all entrances. The apartment is perfect for family holidays, golf holidays and sun seekers.

Linen and bath towels are supplied but guests are requested to bring beach towels. The apartment is serviced twice weekly.
Beach : The nearest beach, Olhos de Agua, is a 10 – 15 minute walk and about 3 minutes by car. Other nearby beaches include Praia da Oura, Maria Luisa, St Eulalia and Falesia.
Nearby : There are 2 golf courses, tennis courts and a health spa and gymnasium within 5 minutes drive of the apartment.
Location : The apartment is ideally located in the Central Algarve, between Vilamoura and Albufeira, with their golden beaches, extensive shopping, leisure facilities and lively, cosmopolitan nightlife. There is an excellent supermarket 2 minutes away and many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. 25 minutes from Faro Airport. There is a bus stop and taxi rank very close by.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 4 people sharing.
Deposit of up to 50 per cent on bookng Balance 10 weeks before arrival.
We take security deposits of £150 - £250 for guests under the age of 25. £150 for 2 or 3; £200 for 4. Deposit is refunded within a week of guests vacating and must be paid in advance. We will take cash on arrival if outside of the UK to avoid bank charges.
Cots and high chairs available at additional cost, to be paid for on arrival.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover days flexible.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment.
