Each block of four apartments has two rooftop terraces. Three apartments share one terrace and the other is private - this rooftop terrace with those stunning sea views is completely for the use of guests of this apartment only.
This lovely apartment is on the first floor ( top ) of a low rise development. It is just a few minutes' walk to both the centre of this pretty fishing village and the lovely blue flag Burgau beach.
Still retaining its character Burgau is quite compact and even new fringe developments such as this are just a short stroll from the cobbled streets that wind their way down to the village beach - thought to be one of the most child-friendly in the Algarve.
Like all of the apartments on this new development this is a high spec. property and it has been lovingly furnished by the new owners (it will also be their own dream holiday home in the sun) and has everything you'll need for a perfect holiday in Burgau, western Algarve.

Please note that the roof terrace is accessed from the staircase within the building via a locked door -not from inside the apartment - so young children will not be able to get there unattended.

Tariff per week per property for up to 4 adults sharing.
Additional charge of 50 GBP / Euros per person per week for up to an additional 2 children. Changeover days can be flexible - please ask .
A security deposit will be required against loss or damage of the access card, supplied to clients, for the pool & leisure area. This is refundable against return of the card.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
