This is a spacious detached 5 bedroom villa in the popular Cerro Grande area of Albufeira, with great views over the new Marina.
Bookings now being taken for 2009 - this villa books very early so don't delay.
The villa is perfect for the extended family or friend who want to travel together, having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including two master en-suites.
The Cerro Grande villa is within easy walking distance of Albufeira Old Town and beach and has great sea and marina views. It is located in a quiet residential area with other modern holiday villas and apartments close by.
There are good sized gardens surrounding the villa and a great pool with children's section.
On the ground floor you will find the lounge area which leads out to the gardens and pool. There is a separate dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons including washing machine and diswasher, and three bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms - one with shower and one with bath and shower.
On the second floor you will find the two master double bedrooms, each with its own dressing area and private en-suite bathroom.
Large balconies surround the villa. On one there is a full sized barbecue area with seating and tables. The balconies have fantastic views of the sea, Albufeira and the new marina.
This is a lovely villa in a great location for a perfect Algarve family holiday!
Albufeira Locality : As a result of the tide of tourism Albufeira has expanded since the 1960s from a fishing village into a major holiday resort but has still retained its essential Portuguese character.
A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up after sunset. The narrow streets become busy with tourists enjoying the shops, nightlife and general ambience of this lovely resort.
Albufeira has some great beaches running from the Old Town's Fisherman's beach, where the locals land their daily catches - and the nearest to this villa - to Forte São João, Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia.
A little further afield there there is a good selection of good beaches running both to the east and west from the town.....Praia de Balaia, São Rafael, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa being the main ones.

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 10 people sharing.
A further 2 adults or children can be accommodated for an additional 75 euros per person per week . ( different charge for cots) 1 highchair is supplied at no extra cost Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
Cots available at extra charge - these are included in the maximum 12 occupancy.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
As this is such a large villa and preparation is important for all guests to have the best holiday, arrival is not guaranteed until 5pm. Of course if it is possible to allow guests to arrive before that it will be accommodated. Clients who have earlier flights can leave luggage in the hallway once departing guests have left.
