This is a beautiful "aldeomento" in the popular area of Vale do Lobo near to the beach and 'Praça'.
It has been refurbished and furnished to a high standard. The house enjoys stunning views from most of the rooms across the gardens and to the sea.
Entrance is through an attractive open terrace area leads to living/dining area and modern open plan kitchen. A few steps up is a patio terrace ideal for sitting or drying laundry. A further few steps up leads to two twin bedrooms which share a shower room.
At the top level is the master bedroom (double bed) with adjacent full bathroom. A further few steps up leads to a lovely roof terrace with views across the gardens and to the ocean. This is ideal for entertaining or private sunbathing.
Not only is the villa close to the beach, but it is a short distance from the many superb bars and restaurants in this first class resort. The golfing facilites here are first class, and there are tennis centres and leisure facilities also close to hand.
