It is situated on the outskirts of Albufeira in Fontainhas, just a 5 minute drive from the famous 'Strip' and the Old Town .
The villa has a great pool area surrounded by a small garden and fully equipped with sunbeds and sun shade.
With the lovely beaches of Albufeira just a few minutes drive away, this villa is perfect for a relaxing Algarve family holiday.

This villa is situated on the outskirts of Albufeira in Fontainhas just a 5 minute drive from the famous 'Strip' and the Old Town .
With three bedrooms plus a bed settee in the lounge the villa will sleep up to 8 persons.
The villa has a great pool area surrounded by a small garden and fully equipped with sunbeds and sun shades.

The villa has a good sized, fully equipped kitchen, and a large lounge. Downstairs toilet with shower. Upstairs the villa has a complete bathroom with bath and shower.
Of the three bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two have twin single beds .
Situated in the countryside just outside of Albufeira, the villa is around 2.5 kms from Albufeira centre and has pleasant countryside and sea views.
There is a good selection of restaurants and bars within about 1km with a huge selection to suit everyone in Albufeira itself, just beyond.
Locality :
As a result of the tide of tourism this once upon a time fishing village has expanded since the 1960s into a major holiday resort but has still retained its essential Portuguese character.
A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs start to fill-up after sunset. The narrow streets become busy with tourists enjoying the shops, nightlife and general ambience of this lovely resort.
Albufeira has some great beaches running from the Old Town's Fisherman's beach, where the locals land their daily catches, to Forte São João, Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia.
A little further afield there there is a good selection of good beaches running both to the east and west from the town.
Praia de Balaia, São Rafael, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa being the main ones.
There are also various theme parks in the area - perfect for keeping the children happy during your stay.
