Bedroom 1 has double bed and en suite shower room, bedroom 2 has twin beds with full en suite - both these bedrooms have patio doors leading to garden.
First floor has lovely master bedroom suite in shades of blue and lilac with double bed, full ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, patio doors and a private terrace.
The house is set in a mature garden with plenty of garden furniture and the very well equipped kitchen has an American style fridge with ice maker (great for the summer).
There is a large and attractive pool with pool heating available (supplement applies).
The villa has cable TV and tthere is a DVD player. There is also the added protection of an alarm system and a house safe.
Just 20 minutes by car from Faro International airport.

Tariff is per week in 2007 for up to 6 people sharing.
Arrival day by arrangement 1600, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
Flexible changeover days - minimum 7 nights.
Breakage deposit required on arrival (500 GBP / 750 euros).
Pool heating, if required, available at a supplement of 250 GBP / 375 euros per week.
