This property is arranged on two floors with the newly installed fully fitted kitchen and the lounge and dining area as well as one of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor.
Two further bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor.
The recently installed kitchen is fully equipped including built-in washing machine and dishwasher as well as a full oven and hob .
At the back of the property is the good sized pool surrounded by well established gardens and a large built in BBQ .
The property is situated in a quiet area around a ten minute walk from the beach and surrounded by private gardens.

Folding beds can be provided for up to two extra children at an additional cost of 75 euros / 50 GBP per week each.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
