The living dining area is beautifully furnished and opens onto a bright closed-in terrace, which is ideal for enjoying winter warmth.
This terrace leads on to the very large private garden. The villa also has a roof terrace
The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. There are two other twin bedrooms and another both a with double bed and sofa bed, which can accommodate one additional person. All have their own full bathrooms.

Walking distance to the beach, restraurants, golf and tennis. (Although for those who don't know the area we do advise that a car is essential to make the most of your holiday in this area)
Sleeping arrangements:
Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all en-suite. A further twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. One of the doubles also has a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person (see rental notes)

Rental notes:
Tariff per week per property for up to 8 persons.
Minimum 7 days rental.
An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in one of the double bedrooms or on a folding bed for a supplement of 84 euros / 75 GBP per week per person.
Security / damages deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival or with balance payment.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
