The living dining area is comfortably furnished in Portuguese style and opens onto a bright closed-in terrace, which is ideal for enjoying winter warmth.
This terrace leads on to the very large private garden. The villa also has a roof terrace
The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. There are two other twin bedrooms and another both a with double bed and sofa bed, which can accommodate one additional person. All have their own full bathrooms.

Walking distance to the beach, restraurants, golf and tennis. (Although for those who don't know the area we do advise that a car is essential to make the most of your holiday in this area)
Sleeping arrangements:
Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all en-suite. One of the doubles also has a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person (see rental notes)

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff per week per property for up to 8 persons.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Extra folding beds (max 1) if required are 75 euros per week per person.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Credit cards payments are available via PAYPAL but there is an additional charge for this service to cover costs.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit of 400 euros payable on arrival or with balance payment.
We can also arrange transfers to and from Faro airport or if, as recommended, you wish to hire a car we can also provide this (please refer to our rates).
