This special house is a fantasy conversion of a traditional Vale do Lobo house.
It is set in a mature large garden and has a large pool (7 x 15m approx) catering size gas BBQ and entertainment area for outdoor summer living. Outside shower, plenty of garden furniture, outdoor sink and pool house.

Entrance hall with chaise longe, one twin bedroom with full en suite shower room. Romantic double room with full en suite shower room with double shower and own sofa - terrace leads to pool area.
Large living room with dining area. Outstanding kitchen conversion with distressed wood finish throughout and "Aga" type cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all "mod cons". Separate laundry room.
Also downstairs is one further twin room leading to terrace and garden area with adjacent full shower room. One "bunk bed" room containing 4 bunk beds shares the adjacent shower room.
Upstairs is a magnificent master bedroom suite with its own large terrace for private sunbathing. Romantic master double bed - two sofas. This very large room has great views to the golf course and sea beyond.

Tariff is per week for up to 12 people sharing.
Arrival day by arrangement 1600, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
A security deposit of 500 GBP is required on arrival. This will be refunded, as appropriate, on departure.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
