Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 12 people sharing.
Arrival day by arrangement 1600, depart 1000. Flexible where possible.
Flexible changeover days - minimum 7 nights.
A security deposit of 500 GBP / 750 Euros is required on arrival. This will be refunded, as appropriate, on departure.
200 GBP / 300 Euros per week deposit for pool heating, if required, against a final meter reading.
Please note that UK and other non EC clients may pay in euros.
Car hire essential for this location, and in any case is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve - we can arrange this for you.
We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the property.
