This lovely 2 bedroomed townhouse is new to the rental market this year.
It is close to Salinas beach (about a five minute walk) and is well placed for all the amenities -water sports, beach restaurants etc.
This is a modern, well furnished house in a lovely location. The house is air conditioned and has its own pool and garden.
Entrance leads to spacious lounge with a seperate dining and bar area. Adjacent is a large and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer and hob/oven.
The living area leads on to the outside terrace, with a small rectangular pool and gas barbecue.
Upstairs thre is one double room with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room also with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a small terrace upstairs with views across the resort.
